A shuttering slab is a composite flooring element that can be cast out of reinforced or prestressed concrete.
They can use solid wideslabs or lightweight slabs that contain expanded polystyrene; this makes it possible to create floors using isostatic supports or cast-in-situ trimmer joists to lend the structure hyperstatic qualities.
These slabs are manufactured in metal casting beds with bevelled sides, which thus gives this element an ideal visible face finish compared to in-situ formwork execution.
We have a very diverse variety of depth profiles, ranging from 6 to 20 cm thick, at a standard 120 cm width, for floors up to 50 cm total deep.
