Constant depth beams

Constant depth beams can be manufactured in reinforced or prestressed concrete, depending on the calculated spans and loads required. These beams can be either “T” or “I” beams, and can also be specified based on the lengths to span and the loads to be supported.


We can manufacture the following types of units, classified according to “T” and “I” beams:


'T' beams

Particularly well suited as a purlin support beam for structure facades and wall panel support. Lengths up to 11.50 m.

These are load-bearing beams for central bays that can support purlins on both sides. Lengths up to 15.00 m.

'I' beams

ORION O-100
ORION O-115
These beams have a central I profile and are rectangular on the ends, 40 cm wide, and are used as primary beams in roofing structures. Lengths up to 20.00 m.

These beams use an I profile across their entire length, 60 cm wide, and are used as primary beams in roofing structures. Lengths up to 31.00 m.
BIGA (BEAM) H-150

These beams use an I profile across their entire length, 80 cm wide, and are used as primary beams in roofing structures with large spans. Lengths up to 45.00 m.
GAUDIANAThis beam has an I profile through its entire length, 60 cm wide at the bottom and 120 cm at the top. These are normally used in association with roof purlins. This solution is an ideal way to lend a unified and more attractive aesthetic to the interior structure of the building. Lengths up to 35.00 m.
GALIBOThese are manufactured based on an I-beam profile, but with a greater depth in the load-bearing face, in order to reduce the working height of the beam. They are typically used with double-tee panels for roofs. Lengths up to 50.00 m.
